DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a customer-centric, detail-oriented, and optimistic Power BI Dashboard Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is not just about designing dashboards; it is about understanding client business challenges and creating solutions that effectively visualize data. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, and a passion for data visualization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create dynamic, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports from the ground up.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop intuitive, audience-specific dashboards.
• Create reusable client-agnostic views in SQL to transform and standardize data.
• Develop and execute testing plans and ways to maintain data quality and accuracy.
• Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve client support tickets.
• Be creative and have a desire to learn and apply new technologies and approaches.
• Assist clients in integrating Power BI within their organization.
• Enforce data standards and best practices within the Power BI environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience in developing and designing Power BI dashboards.
• Fluency in SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
• Experience developing and executing a test plan related to deploying dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem identification and solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from prior work or US Military.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience working with data from accounting software or ERP/Financial applications.
• Proficiency with Power Automate.
• Experience with security and governance within Power BI.

• Work Location - Hybrid – Tampa, FL (Work from home with limited in office collaboration meetings). Must be able to come into the office for team meetings.
