Major investment bank sees experienced RFP/proposal writer FOR HYBRID CONTRACT ROLE IN NEW YORK CITY
Looking for an RFP Writer with a global perspective to join their Business Development Services team that supports their investment teams, consultant relations, institutional and intermediary new business acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for the project management and completions of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs; collaborate with investment teams, sales and various stakeholders throughout the business to manage their execution including creating compelling strategic value propositions, writing new content, and editing existing responses to tailor them for individual prospects. You will be responsible for maintaining stock language in their database
You need to have experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry. Experience with RFP writing and investment industry knowledge
Completion of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs
Specialize in an asset class/strategies
Maintenance of the strategy section of RFP database
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of two years RFP writing experience within the asset management industry
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with sales, investment professionals and SMEs
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively project manage and deliver outstanding work products under tight deadlines
