Colorado Springs Urological Associates (CSUA) , a leading urology practice in Colorado Springs, invites you to join our dedicated team. With a commitment to prompt, caring, and compassionate service, we’re seeking APPs to support our growth in 2025 , partnering with board-certified specialists to deliver exceptional care across both hospital and clinic settings in the Pikes Peak region .

In this mixed inpatient/outpatient role, you’ll work alongside top urologists and oncologists, leveraging cutting-edge technology to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Split your time between inpatient and outpatient care, managing a diverse caseload with follow-ups, new patients, pre/post-op care, and hospital rounds.
• Perform assessments, order diagnostics, and assist with procedures in clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with urologists to ensure seamless patient care, from outpatient visits to inpatient management.
• Work a Monday-to-Friday schedule, balancing hospital and clinic responsibilities with a focus on quality and continuity.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)—urology experience is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome.
• A compassionate, adaptable professional with strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• A proactive learner eager to grow in a dynamic practice with access to innovative treatments.
