Job Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience required.
• IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience required.

Schedule Information

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Weekend hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• No call requirements.

Unit Specific Information

• Unit: Rehabilitation unit with 60 beds.
• Patient ratios: 7 to 1.
• Equipment: EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, Body weight support.
• EHR: UDS and Epic.
• Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients (13 years and older).
• No call requirements.
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with weekend hours 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
