About the Opportunity

Kinetic Events is seeking a dynamic Staffing & Project Coordinator to join our nationwide experiential marketing team. This contractor (freelance) role offers the flexibility of remote work with optional onsite opportunities. You'll have the freedom to set your own schedule while managing critical staffing operations for high-profile brand activations and events. Why This Role Matters: You'll be the vital connection between our clients' vision and the field staff who bring their brand experiences to life. Your talent for identifying, training, and managing exceptional brand ambassadors will directly impact the success of campaigns for leading brands in tech, entertainment, and emerging industries. No Experience with Our Systems? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training on all our software platforms.

Core Responsibilities

As our Staffing & Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Strategically source and select field staff that perfectly match each program's unique requirements, considering factors like geographical location, relevant experience, and client-specific needs
  • Develop and lead training programs that prepare our brand ambassadors to exceed client expectations
  • Manage the complete staffing lifecycle from registration and onboarding through payroll processing for all active projects
  • Coordinate logistics and support services essential for seamless campaign execution
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions before they impact project delivery
  • Apply industry best practices while adapting to the evolving experiential marketing landscape
  • Contribute to our collaborative culture that values creativity, problem-solving, and professional growth

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in experiential marketing, promotional staffing, or event coordination (highly valued)

  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
