JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Paid Ads to join our growing team. As a Senior Manager of Paid Ads, you will be responsible for working with clients, explaining strategy and working with a team to manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok ads. You will collaborate closely with our strategy and affiliate management teams to ensure seamless integration of paid ads into our clients' social commerce strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns, primarily focusing on TikTok ads, to drive client objectives and ROI. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to improve targeting, creative, and bidding strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid social advertising, particularly within the TikTok ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid advertising efforts with overall social commerce strategies. Provide weekly performance reports and insights to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics and optimization opportunities. Requirements: Location: Los Angeles, CA. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: Proven experience managing paid social advertising campaigns, particularly with expertise in TikTok ads. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in paid advertising roles. Certification or advanced training in TikTok ads or other social media advertising platforms. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to senior executives. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
