Position Summary: Leadership position overseeing the IT function for multiple location with the Branding Iron Holding business. This position requires hands-on leadership to oversee all aspects of IT support, infrastructure, systems and technology while supporting the organization's operational and strategic objectives. Responsibilities: · Lead and direct the IT team across multiple locations · Plan, organize and lead Branding Iron's network infrastructure, business applications and systems (Ross inventory management, ClickView, others??) · Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to align business needs with IT · Subject matter expert for Branding Iron's technology and systems infrastructure · Effectively lead projects by defining project scopes and timelines, budgeting costs, managing vendors, allocating resources and managing risks. · Collaborate and consult with users to understand operating procedures, problem areas, plans, and requirements to develop effective IT solutions. · Implement policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure the organization's technology infrastructure. · Ensure all data backup systems are performing as configured for complete backups each day and logged according to the Firm's backup policies. · Determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability to handle expected growth. · Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field · Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations or systems; manufacturing experience preferred · Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams; minimum of 1-2 years management experience preferred · Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills · Excellent communication skills Benefits Overview Competitive base salary ($120,000-$175,000 annually). Base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Full benefits package, including medical/ vision/ dental/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered.
