We are looking for an experienced Account/Sales Leader/Client Partner with expertise in Sales, Account Management across Life Science and Pharma background, Specialized in Data & AI skills.

Purpose of the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director for our Data and AI services with a proven track record of selling high-value services to Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in consultative and solution-based selling, relationship management, partner management, and strategic account development within enterprise organizations.

Key Result Areas and Activities

• Drive Enterprise Sales : Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Data, Analytics, and AI professional services within Fortune 500 companies.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term executive-level relationships with enterprise clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaboration with Internal Team s: Work closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Sales Forecasting & Reportin g: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report key metrics to leadership.
• Market & Industry Expertis e: Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, partners, and emerging enterprise needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proven Experien ce: 15+ years in enterprise sales, specifically selling services in the Data, Analytics and AI space.
• Fortune 500 Cliente le: Demonstrated success in selling to and managing enterprise accounts within the Fortune 500 space.
• Strategic & Consultative Selli ng: Ability to engage C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
• Strong Negotiation & Closing Skil ls: Track record of closing multi-million-dollar service contracts.
• Travel Requireme nt: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Desirable Skills

• Data and AI experience
• Experience in opportunity discovery, qualification & development, business value creation, and negotiations.
• Familiarity with the Data & AI Ecosystem (Cloud, Data platforms, Technology products)
• Strong network of enterprise contacts in the F500 organization.
