Job Title: Screen Print Supervisor

We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Screen Print Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Screen Print Supervisor will oversee and manage the screen-printing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met. This role involves supervising a team of screen printers, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining efficient and high-quality printing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of screen printers, ensuring they adhere to company standards and safety protocols.
- Production Management: Plan and schedule production runs, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of printed products, ensuring they meet customer specifications and company standards. Address and resolve any quality issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that screen printing equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage and monitor inventory of screen-printing supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in screen printing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of screen-printing techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge: Proficient in screen printing processes, color management, and equipment maintenance. Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certification or degree in printing technology or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
