We’re expanding our reach and looking for a motivated Sales & Social Media Manager Associate to help us grow!
Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Social Media Manager Associate to handle sales outreach, manage social media engagement, and respond to incoming leads. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation:
Answer inbound calls and assist potential customers with inquiries.
Cold call and cold email potential clients to generate new business.
Follow up with leads from partnering agencies.
Respond to online inquiries and qualify leads.
Social Media Management:
Post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
Keep social media profiles updated and aligned with marketing goals.
Customer Engagement & Follow-ups:
Maintain a professional and friendly approach when speaking with customers.
Provide basic information on our services and direct detailed inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Track leads and follow up systematically to convert inquiries into sales.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
✅ Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
✅ Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails.
✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
