ProTrade Staffing is partnering with a leading restoration company to find skilled  Restoration Technicians to assist with  mold remediation, fire and water damage restoration, and biohazard cleanup . Job Responsibilities:

  Mold Remediation:

• Assess and inspect affected areas to determine contamination levels
• Set up containment barriers and use specialized equipment for mold removal
• Monitor air quality and ensure compliance with environmental regulations

Fire Damage Restoration:

• Assess fire, smoke, and soot damage to structures and contents
• Clean and deodorize affected areas using industry techniques
• Repair and restore damaged structural elements

  Water Damage Repair:

• Extract standing water using industrial pumps and vacuums
• Use dehumidifiers and air movers for moisture control
• Apply antimicrobial treatments and repair water-damaged areas

Infection Control & Biohazard Cleanup:

• Sanitize and disinfect affected areas following safety protocols
• Handle and dispose of biohazardous materials properly
• Wear appropriate PPE and ensure proper ventilation during remediation

General Duties:

• Maintain detailed documentation for insurance compliance
• Communicate job progress with project managers
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications & Requirements:

• IICRC Certification (Preferred)
• Mold, OSHA, First Aid/CPR Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in  water/fire damage restoration and mold remediation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment
