Mitigation Technician  

Location: Greensboro, NC

Key Responsibilities:  

• Handle with Care: Remove damaged materials and debris efficiently and safely 
• Clean Up and Clear Out: Manage project site cleanup, including bagging and disposing of waste 
• Water Extraction Pro: Operate water vacuums and pumps to remove standing water from structures 
• Detail-Oriented Cleaning: Perform meticulous cleaning tasks like vacuuming, brushing, and damp wiping surfaces 
• Barrier Installation: Install plastic barriers and barricades using mechanical fasteners, tape, and adhesives 
• Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust drying and filtration equipment 
• HVAC System Cleaning: Clean HVAC systems, air ducts, and exhaust systems using specialized equipment 

What We’re Looking For:  

• Experience: Background in home services or construction is a plus, but not required 
• Attitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a self-starter mentality 
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Customer Focus: Outstanding customer service abilities 
• Professionalism: Neat appearance and professional demeanor 
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. 
• Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation 
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Screening: Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
