\n• Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work.
\n• Optimizing throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives while monitoring ANDON occurrences.
\n• Supporting Kaizen initiatives and coaching problem resolution to empower team members at all levels.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a High School Diploma and the ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends.
\n• Can work independently with limited supervision and effectively assign tasks to a unionized hourly workforce.
