Job Summary:

The Product Management Intern is a full-time position (up to 40 hours per week) that supports DecoPac’s go-to-market strategies for innovative products and services that are rooted in consumer insights and marketplace needs. This is a temporary three-month position requiring onsite availability (with remote flexibility).

Essential Job Duties:

• Support product line strategy and tactical planning efforts for products, programs and formats.
• Support the program execution planning and delivery through collaboration with cross functional team members including Design, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Digital Technology.
• Learn to utilize market insights, data analytics and trends to guide program strategy and direction.
• Learn to leverage data and analytics to effectively measure and communicate insights on product direction.
• Support Product Managers as they deliver expertise for assigned categories, inclusive of product knowledge, competitive landscape, customer path-to-purchase, product/service market opportunities, gap analysis and market insight.
• Learn how to coordinate efforts related to line management, planograms, product specs and retail program configuration.

Qualifications:

• Students seeking a career in product marketing or business administration.
• Completion of two years of coursework in marketing or business administration
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and can work independently to meet deadlines.
