Role Overview

In this dynamic role, you will support Patient and Family Education while working 3 days a week . Flexibility in your schedule is essential as you collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the educational needs of clinical staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs that meet national standards.
• Collaborate with administration and leadership to create effective education plans.
• Analyze developmental needs and evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Design cost-effective educational programs based on sound principles.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant field
• Licenses & Certifications: RN or RRT

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric Experience: Experience working with children is a plus!
• Education Experience: Background in educational roles is highly valued.
• Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant field
• Licenses & Certifications: Certification in your area of expertise
