Position Title: Paint Line Attendant

Wage: $22.50-$23.50/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3pm-1am

Paint Line Attendant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read, learn, and understand work instructions written or verbal to complete powder coat process
- Follow established guidelines and quality standards
- Meet team established production rates at the average line speed of 10 pfm
- Accomplish all paint support functions, including powder coating set-up, cleaning, and hook maintenance
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to established procedures

Paint Line Attendant Requirements:
- Prolonged standing
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and move about all shift
- Ability to lift up to 35-100 pounds (team lifts)
- Ability to follow work instructions and work in a team environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination needed
- Experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate
