Your next opportunity will assist our NOC team with various network tasks. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Network OSS Development Intern who can help our team keep our network safe and up to date. Based in our modern Las Vegas NOC you will be immersed in every aspect of our network operations environment What you'll be doing As part of the Network Operations Team, you'll mainly be involved with: Administering OSS application users - password resets, role changes, new account creations. Assisting in the development of network data organization, dashboard creation, and alert creation in Splunk. Basic Linux Administration such as reviewing CPU, Memory and Disks Assisting with API data integrations and scripting (python, shell) Assisting with Reports and Analytics of network data Updating application architecture documents Other tasks as assigned What you'll bring Think you could make a difference here? We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the welfare of our team. You'll want to make an impact from day one. You will also have the following: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, software engineering, network engineering, data analytics, or a related field 2nd year undergraduate or above with a minimum 3.5 GPA Proficient in Microsoft Office Exposure to Splunk or similar data processing application preferred Computer science certification a plus (CompTIA, CCNA, etc.) Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in teams.
