Our client, a leading provider in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple Commercial facilities . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Harrisburg, PA

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
• Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
