Immediate need for an experienced Medical Administrative Assistant seeking a great new opportunity with room for growth at this world-renowned healthcare organization. In this role, you will assist with administrative duties for your department including:

-Scheduling meetings
-Preparing presentation materials
-Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Ordering office supplies
-Auditing department timecards for accuracy
-Preparing expense reports when needed

Requirements:
Recent Administrative Assistant experience preferably in a medical setting
Excellent ability with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
