Job Details Title: Machine Learning Engineer Location: NYC or DC Reporting To: CEO About Adelphi Adelphi is building the data-discovery and data-sharing infrastructure for the U.S. intelligence and defense communities, solving the problem of siloed data and slow intelligence dissemination. Adelphi's middleware enables secure, federated data discovery, reducing intelligence-sharing time from months to seconds while maintaining strict security protocols. Our product is AI-enabled middleware software that builds on top of current intelligence applications and brings together publicly available and first-party data to streamline intelligence work. Adelphi's goal is to dramatically reduce the time it takes for intelligence operators to find relevant information. About the Role As part of Adelphi's initial engineering team, you will develop secure data sharing middleware in the national security and intelligence sectors. You will play a crucial role in developing the product, ensuring seamless integration into workflows of various officers, and supporting secure, efficient data access. The ML engineer role involves software development, LLM Ops, and secdevops practices, supporting mission-critical services in data pipelines and the Adelphi Data platform. You should be capable of providing solutions across the full LLM stack, from OS to API and transport layers. Experience in defense or intelligence is a plus but not required.
