What You’ll Do as a Listing Agent:

• Prospect for and acquire new seller clients through leads, referrals, and networking.

• Maintain exceptional communication with clients, ensuring a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey.
• Someone that is coach-able and willing to learn and hungry for growth.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—our training will set you up for success.
