LEGAL LICENSING CONSULTANT

ONSITE | DALLAS, TX

Imprimis is excited to be partnering with a niche legal consulting firm to find an exceptional Licensing Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, possess excellent time management and verbal and written communication skills. Experience with corporate legal instruments particularly in the hospitality field highly preferred. Must be highly computer proficient and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Excellent collaborative work environment. Join a company where employees like to stay! $60-65k | 100% employee-paid benefits Description Focus on licensing and compliance matters, acquisitions, transfer of active licenses, renewals and regulatory updates Assist with a large portfolio of clients nationwide in procuring new license agreements, renewing informing clients of updated regulatory statutory and agency requirements Maintain client files and corporate minute books to ensure accuracy of disclosure required by appropriate licensing agencies Update and maintain project management software and proprietary databases Work directly with high-level corporate executives to accomplish license objectives Required Skills Highly proficient technology skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Slack: must have ability to work with 4 screens Experience reviewing, editing and executing legal contracts in a corporate environment Strong project and time management skills Confident decision-making skill Deadline and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication Ability to handle challenges and ability to think creatively to resolve problems Send resumes to recruiting@imprimis.com #DirectHire #legalbilling #Technical #ImprimisGroup Company Description Imprimis Group is a full-service professional staffing firm that cultivates deep knowledge of our client partners and candidates.
