The proposed position will take the responsibility to provide assistance with CE SVC financial reporting and analysis. This position will participate in financial report, managing budgetary expenses and overhead expenses, month-end closing, expense forecasting and provide detailed expense analysis to the senior manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include preparing and performing month-end closing, financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking to help senior management make well-informed decisions; preparing monthly Profit and Loss data for CE service division and consolidating SEA service P&L data for CSD monthly leadership meeting; assisting in analyzing actual operating results at Month-end, Quarter-end, year-end and comparing to the forecasted monthly/annual plan and presenting findings to upper management; preparing various financial and operation monthly reports and communicating to each expense requestor for incorrect expense posting text format; keeping track of KPI data of CE Service division for the monthly report for leadership; allocating expenses to each business area by sales related call volume and reclassifying GL account information for budget management; allocating budget to each cost center and GL after expense approval; following up with service asset modification activities such as Inventory Scrap, Refurbishment (R/B) and Free of Charge (FOC) orders; assisting finance related inquiries and establishing guidelines and policies to support CE SVC division regarding budget, expense, travel and etc.; preparing Executive SCR Reports to assist in decision making of Division leadership team; making manual journal entries for the G/L allocation monthly, and budget adjustments for the responsible Cost centers, and G/L. Background/Experience required includes bilingual fluency in English and Korean, 0-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline (flexible with major if sufficient experience), advanced Excel skills, SAP experience, and data mining and analysis experience with ability to produce ad hoc reports for supervisors and leadership.
