We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator & Title Clerk. As a key member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering top-notch customer service. Front Office Duties:
  • Assist or direct customers by phone, walk-in, or email in a courteous and professional manner using the "customers come first" philosophy.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and scanning.
  • Maintain files and documents in an organized manner.
  • Assist in making payments from customers.
  • Send emails for collection efforts on a weekly basis.
  • Perform monthly inventory of office supplies and first aid needed; refill, stock, and organize as supplies arrive.
  • Keep track of staff credit card receipts and ensure all receipts from the monthly statement are accounted for.
  • Assist with administrative tasks or special projects as needed to support office operations.
  • Keep your area and lobby clean and organized.
Title & Sales Processing Duties:
  • Process vehicle sales folders, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Maintain, organize, and audit records, files, and documentation related to vehicle sales.
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Perform monthly audits on sales folders.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in clerical work, reception, or automotive title processing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
