LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our client's growing manufacturing and distribution business in Erie, PA. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong command of financial planning, analysis, and full P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proven experience managing a full P&L and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
