**Kelly Services is HIRING!!!** **Job Title:** Distribution Center Associate **Location:** Shafter, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00AM - 5:00PM **Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Overview:** We are currently hiring for a **Distribution Center Associate** to support warehouse operations in Shafter, CA. This role is essential in maintaining the efficient flow of inventory, handling shipping and receiving, and preparing orders for delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** + Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks. + Stock and organize materials in appropriate storage locations + Label materials with accurate identifying information + Assemble and package customer orders per specifications + Pull inventory for deliveries and stock transfers + Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment to load/unload materials + Prepare shipping documentation for UPS, LTL, or air freight + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards + Follow all safety policies and report any hazards or incidents immediately + Support other duties and projects as assigned **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required + Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred + Ability to learn and follow safety regulations and warehouse procedures + Basic computer, typing, math, and reading skills + Proficient in English for safety instructions and effective communication **Additional Information:** + This position requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods + Reasonable accommodations will be considered for qualified applicants **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should submit their resume or contact us directly to apply.
