Commercial Real Estate Associate

Keller Williams Encino Commercial Division seeks an ambitious, focused, and driven talent to join a high-energy team as a junior agent specializing in Multifamily Investment Sales across Southern CA.

Who You Are:

We are looking for motivated junior agents who are eager to make their mark on the industry. Prior experience is welcome but not necessary. CA Real Estate Salesperson license necessary or in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to ask questions, introduce your team, and set meetings
• Get creative in outreach via email, in person meetings, and so on.
• Study market research to support client needs and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the sale of commercial properties through escrow management and coordination
