Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems.
• Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Complete Hazard Assessments and comply with all safety procedures.
• Utilize CMMS systems for work performed and update work order status in real time.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical conditions.
