If you have a Master’s degree and a strong background in Med/Surg nursing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Overview

As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by coordinating educational initiatives that empower our clinical staff. Your expertise will help shape the future of patient care in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage house-wide and multi-departmental educational programs to meet the needs of clinical staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs that exceed national standards.
• Collaborate with administration, leadership, and clinical teams to create effective education plans.
• Analyze educational needs and assess the effectiveness of training activities.
• Design cost-effective educational programs tailored to adult learners based on sound principles.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of Med/Surg RN experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN or RRT required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years of Med/Surg RN experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: Certification in area of expertise preferred.
