Pay:

Performance Pay: Earn up to an additional $0.10 CPM
Company Driver: $0.53-$0.67 CPM
Lease Purchase/Owner Operator: $1.17-$1.55 CPM

Lane Information: We have a need for both Company Drivers and Lease Purchase/Owner Operators to fill this rare, dedicated lane.
Lease Purchase Program:
PAM makes it easier for Owner Operators to grow their fleet with our low-cost lease pricing for 2021-2023 Peterbilt trucks that lease for only $599 per week for Solo Drivers with the option to buy at the end of the term. Other benefits include:

Job Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Must be 21 years or older
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
3 months of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience in the last year with an accredited CDL school OR 1 year of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience within the last 3 years.
