Responsibilities:
Curate exceptional travel experiences
Handle inbound calls, emails and chats
Build rapport with customers
Actively listen to customers and upsell when applicable
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and able to expertly multi-task

Qualifications:
Knowledge of or experience in travel, geography and travel destinations
Call center experience
Experience selling, upselling or cross-selling
Tech Savvy
Must have your own computer with Windows 10, minimum 8GB RAM and a customer service headset
Must be able to hardwire to the internet
