The Citizen Cider Brand Ambassador role is part-time and responsible for representing Citizen Cider in various on-site events in New Hampshire and/or southern Maine. The territory is negotiable and based on the candidate's accessibility and willingness to travel.

The Brand Ambassador works closely with the State manager to support tastings, samplings, and support for various events, including (but not limited to): golf tournaments, beer festivals, pint nights, and/or promotions. The position requires a responsible and friendly person (able to talk to anyone), and willing to show up for all committed events.

Aside from the above, the Brand Ambassador should help improve our relationships and ways of working with accounts and be knowledgeable about the products and company.

Desirable candidates would reside in, or be willing to travel to, one or more of the following areas of New Hampshire:

• Central NH - Nashua, Manchester, Concord, etc.
• Western NH - Keene, Hanover, etc.
• Coastal NH - Portsmouth, Dover, Seabrook, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Citizen Cider in the market via samplings, tastings, festivals, or events
• Support the brand in all ways, even when off the clock
• Present brand values and build relationships with the public and all contacts at every account, delivering excellent customer service
• Ensure proper brand presentation and maximize exposure in line with brand guidelines and direction from the state manager
• Merchandise our products by facing the cans while in an account

• Present brand values and build relationships with all employees at every account
• Ensure brand presentation within accounts and maximize exposure in line with brand guidelines

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be 21+
• Experience in marketing and sales a plus
• A self-starter and team player, always striving for the best solution and not the easiest
• Flexible schedule – Available to work nights and weekends (Fridays from 4-6 pm)
• Valid state driver’s license
• 100% travel, Reliable transportation required

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 years of brand ambassador and/or marketing experience preferred
