Local long established attorney firm with a practice emphasis on matters of real estate law, tax matters, business law and estate planning is seeking to hire one (1) experienced career associate attorney to work in our Litigation Group. While this is an entry level hire by the firm, the firm is unable at this time to entertain applications from candidates newly licensed or without any specific experience in the practice areas specified in this posting.
This position, from the standpoint of type of law work involved, will include a variety of limited transactional real estate and business client work as well as an emphasis on litigation relating to those same real estate and business matters. The firm has a separate litigation group emphasizing more complex litigation matters and this new associate attorney would be a member of the Litigation Group.. Some specific and quantifiable experience in real estate transactions and litigation is a must. Any experience in tax, business and estate planning is certainly a plus as well. The firm presently does not state a specific time duration experience requirement as the quality of on-point transactional and litigation related real estate experience is more important than duration of such experience. Notwithstanding, we are looking for at least 2 years of experience in matters related to real estate, business, tax and estate planning matters. We understand that many applicants will not have such broad experience. We appreciate interest from parties from out of state, but if you are NOT now licensed in Washington and NOT now actually practicing in Washington, please do not apply.
