Plumbing Careers at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® offer paid holidays and vacations, uniforms, 401K and company vehicles. Shifts are Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm and looking to offer Tues-Sat shifts as well as exploring 4 ten hour days in lieu of 5 eight hour days.

PAYSCALE:

Based on experience starting pay is $15/hr, increases to $17.50/hr after 90 days of satisfactory performance, increases $1.00/hr every 6 months until you reach $20/hr. JOB SUMMARY

Apprentice Plumbers will be helping Journeyman Plumbers servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems for clients.

JOB DUTIES

Learn how to utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Learn how to explain services performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
