We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Director to lead our production operations from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is an expert in production management with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, and on-time delivery.
• Supervise and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet demand.
• Implement and monitor rigorous quality control standards to ensure all products meet Odd Sox’s comfort and design criteria.
• Develop and oversee production budgets, ensuring all projects stay on target without compromising quality.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production schedules with new product launches and campaigns.
• Ensure all production activities meet environmental, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in apparel or accessories.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Expertise in supply chain management and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency in production software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and solve problems proactively.
• Passion for creativity and innovation.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
